Informational ToursBluestem volunteers are eager to share the land and Bluestem's story with you on our informational tours. Visitors will be guided through the prairie and woodlands, stopping at gravesites to learn more about natural burial in a conservation cemetery. Please select between a golf cart tour or a walking tour below. For groups of 10 or more, please contact us directly about group tours, field trips, or off-site presentations.
GOLF CART TOURS
For those requiring mobility assistance, one-hour tours by golf cart are offered on some weekdays. Please schedule with us below.
GUIDED WALKING TOURS
Walking tours are offered certain Friday and Saturday mornings. These tours include about a mile and a half on uneven trails and pathways, and take a little over one hour. Please note that golf carts are not available on walking tours.

For a comfortable visit to Bluestem, long pants, good walking shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, jackets/windbreakers, and a water bottle are strongly recommended. Bluestem does not have potable water onsite. There are two porta-potties available onsite. Bluestem is open to the public dawn to dusk daily.
