Completing the Pre-Need Burial Form initiates the process for reserving a burial right at Bluestem. Once we receive your form, a Bluestem record is created for you in our system. You will then receive a Calendly invite to schedule an appointment with Bluestem staff, to select, reserve and pay for your burial right.
